With over two decades in the industry, Jonathan has built and led Scout Realty, a Nashville-based brokerage known for challenging the traditional commission model and putting homeowners first.
As a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, Jonathan has been featured on Forbes.com for his leadership and insight into where the industry is headed. His work is grounded in experience - from building teams and closing deals to systemizing operations and leading agents through every season of the market.
Outside the business, Jonathan co-founded Homes for Homes, a nonprofit that provides safe housing for families in developing countries. It’s a reflection of his belief that real estate should serve a bigger purpose. Jonathan and his team strive to advance God’s kingdom by meeting people’s physical needs through housing.
