Our story

As a kid, I grew up in my dad’s real estate brokerage. I would trade out the MLS books, organize signs, sit in office meetings, and listen to agents work on their scripts to set appointments. I remember listening to training programs from legends like Tom Hopkins and Denis Waitley. Real Estate was in my blood. Over time the industry started to lose the respect of consumers.

Their perspective on agents was comparable to used car salesmen. I lost the pride in my chosen profession because anyone and everyone with a heartbeat was jumping into the industry looking for quick deals and fast cash. Many agents were using their license as a side hustle to profit off of their friends and family.

In 2015, I remember reading the NAR’s Danger Report. This 164-page details 50 threats, risks, and challenges the real estate industry is facing today or could face in the near future, stating “The real estate industry is saddled with a large number of part-time, untrained, unethical, and/or incompetent agents. This knowledge gap threatens the credibility of the industry.”

I decided to be a part of the solution to this problem. It’s been said the person you are most qualified to serve is your former self. I have walked a path you are most likely on. After 20 years in the real estate industry and thousands of transactions, I condensed decades of experience into days of training.

The problems agents face

  • Too many agents and not enough transactions to be successful.
  • Most agents don’t run their business like a business owner. There are no residuals or exit strategy from your business. Agent’s focus on transactions and immediate relationships rather than building a company that is sellable, scaleable, leverage-able, with recurring revenue streams into perpetuity.
  • There are many different functions to being an agent and it is hard to be great at everything. Agents have little to no leverage through people and processes from their brokerage. It’s on the agent to build systems and processes and to hire, train, and manage support staff.
